Have A Safe & Fun Night
We want everyone to have an amazing time at Gayla Prom, and we don't believe everyone should be penalized because of one persons actions. We have a few rules that we ask everyone to follow.
1. Please park in well lit areas on campus. If at all possible arrive and leave the venue with two or more people.
2. All bags, purses, and large coats must be checked at the entrance. This helps to prevent belongings from being lost or stolen.
3. We hold a zero tolerance policy against drugs and alcohol at the event. If we suspect drug or alcohol consumption SMU officers will be notified.
4. Weapons are not permitted in the event. These include knives, darts, guns, throwing stars etc. If items are found they will be confiscated and SMU officers will be notified.
5. A photo ID is required to gain admittance into the prom. A photo ID includes drivers license,
6. IN and OUTS are not allowed. Please make sure you have everything you need when you arrive. If you leave the event we cannot allow you to re-enter.
Lost Items:We are not responsible for lost or stolen items however, If we find items during clean up we will hang on to them. Send an email to info@gaylaprom.org the Monday after prom to inquire about any time you may have lost.
